Delete your Fit-Start account

In the app

Go to Settings › Remove Account.

If you have an active subscription, cancel it first in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions, because deleting your account does not stop Apple from billing you.

Without the app

Email hello@fit-start.ai from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll confirm and delete your data within 30 days, except purchase records we must keep by law.
